Seriously poor services. Went for knee injury but no any follow up given. I had follow up several times but response given is not aware and don't know. Was using insurance claim. This had been done by admin for Doctor Suhail Suresh.

Tq for Doctor Suhail Suresh for helping me to pass through my worries n pain the replacement of knees.I tq he is so professional n kind n consideration of our needs to help us overcome all the difficulty in during my admission in the hospital. Tq so much for all the nursers so good n kind to me. Even the customers service also kind n friendly helpful to assist me n response to our inquiry.The concierge staff I appreciate so much to help me when they send me to the realvent department.The food serve to us are so nice n taste good!! I've been here many times. This time I came to orthopaedics to accompany my husband for a follow-up appointment because he had a previous foot injury. Dr. Suhail Suresh is good, his explanations are very detailed, and he speaks Hokkien. Overall, it's okay.

Previously, Dr Suhail Suresh had attended to my health issues and he is a very patient and caring doctor, together with the other hospital staffs, like the physiotherapy department. Dr Suhail encouraged me to do better and he was very helpful.
