Sad to hear that Missy Rani, Dr. Ng Khai Oon's staff from room 19, have to leave Island Hospital in May. I know Missy Rani as a staff with excellent work and services. I will miss you, Missy Rani.

Now I can use my mobile data while waiting at the orthopaedic section. Last time couldn't use at all. Staff and Dr. Ng K.O. are very friendly and helpful. Pleasant visit.

I have been a patient of Island Hospital for many years and consulted few doctors. On April 24th this year I was admitted with a very serious infection on my leg for 3 weeks under the care of Dr. Ng Khai Oon. I met Miss Rani at Dr. Ng’s clinic, Room 19. She always has her sweet smile, patiently explaining to patients on appointments, payments etc. Sadly, I found out that she is leaving her service with Island hospital. I feel very sad, even though I only know her for a month. I think this is something the management should look into seriously when a staff with good review is leaving. We visited Dr Ng Khai Oon, Orthopaedic Surgeon, room number 19 and were very impressed. Special thanks to Nurse Rani, who looked after us so well, explaining the hospital procedures with her bright face and good humour.
