I have been a patient of Island Hospital for many years and consulted few doctors. On April 24th this year I was admitted with a very serious infection on my leg for 3 weeks under the care of Dr. Ng Khai Oon. I met Miss Rani at Dr. Ng’s clinic, Room 19. She always has her sweet smile, patiently explaining to patients on appointments, payments etc. Sadly, I found out that she is leaving her service with Island hospital. I feel very sad, even though I only know her for a month. I think this is something the management should look into seriously when a staff with good review is leaving. I give a five star rating to Miss Rani. I am Hong Ley Choo, patient of Room 711 under Dr. Ng Khai Oon’s Care.
