From the moment I stepped into the facility, I was met with professionalism, expertise, and kindness that truly made my experience exceptional. Dr. Vikneswaren demonstrated exemplary medical proficiency and compassion throughout my treatment. He explained the procedure thoroughly, alleviating any concerns I had, and ensured that I was comfortable every step of the way. His expertise was evident, and I felt reassured in his care. Moreover, I must commend the operation theater staff, including SRN Hazira, SRN Shariffah, and SRN Jenny, for their outstanding support during the procedure. They went above and beyond to ease my nerves, employing humor and empathy to help me relax. Their competence and dedication were evident, as I experienced no discomfort during the procedure, thanks to their meticulous care. Following the procedure, I encountered unexpected health issues, testing positive for influenza B. Dr. Vikneswaren provided invaluable guidance and treatment to address this, ensuring that I received the best possible care to recover swiftly. His dedication to my well-being was truly commendable. Throughout my treatment journey, Dr. Vikneswaren exemplified what it means to be an outstanding specialist—knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely caring. Additionally, the staff in the ward exhibited professionalism and warmth, ensuring that I felt supported and comfortable during my stay. Honest review : Doctor Vikneswaren was amazing for the surgery works, couldn't get any better, after 2 weeks, I don't even feel like I got surgery, Thank you again Dr! Operation Nurses are so nice and professional, but a bit disappointing to the Wad Nurses as some of them can be rude. sorry to mention but Farhana is one of the worst nurse I ever met. I will send an email for further explanations. and to the most dearly Nurse that makes me feel like home is Ms.Aina , Thank you again for the warmth welcome although for me it have been a rough week but even with a small gesture of care makes a patients feels better. Cleaner and dietary staff was amazing, always on time and dedicated in keeping the place clean and healthy food on the table. Please take note, the room's door that I stayed can't be close properly, so every time nurses/staff come in, they always leave the door open as the door supposed to close on their way out but it did not, please kindly fix the hinges and latch plate, as I have bad experienced with the nurses outside laughing and talking loudly especially when my room is only few steps away, moreover, I have trouble sleeping, as at night I couldn't sleep properly due to the intense pain throughout the week. I hope other patients did not experience what I did, as sometimes, I woke up from the sound and just to close the door. as a patient just done an abdomen surgery it a bit sad. (Please do check all the doors, Thank you) Nevertheless, I would rate this place a decent hospital.
