I have admitted my dad due to high blood pressure, breathing difficulties lead by low oxygen level at emergency department. Due to serious condition and complication, he was admitted under HDU care. Honestly, there are no words to fully express my gratitude for the excellent service provided. A sincere thank you to Dr. Kew Yuen Cheng, Dr. Daniel Wong, and Dr. Ng Seng Loong for their professionalism, patience, understanding and genuine care. Besides, I would thank to all the staffs at ICU1 . All of them are kind, helpful, and truly compassionate. I can really feel the true care and dedication in the way they treat patients and families. Special appreciation to Mr. Jeremy, Dr Kew, Dr Daniel and Dr Ng who are always there to assist me with billing matters. Their support and guidance made a stressful time much easier for me. I am very grateful to have such wonderful people in this hospital. Thank you very much for your outstanding service and kindness.

Im very thankful to PCSH hospital doctor and nurse who incharge in ICU department and ward 4 department to take care my grandfather. In addition, I also grateful and thankful to Doctor Ng Yong Muh and Doctor Ng Seng Loong who treat and rescue my grandfather, Mr Chong.My grand father have heart and kidney problem. Moreover, I also thankful to welfare department and welfare executive who is Mr. Jeremy Kwong to help me to approve for welfare application .
