I would like to share my very positive experience at Columbia Asia Hospital, Seremban, from the moment I entered the Emergency Department until the completion of my treatment. From my arrival at the emergency unit, I was attended to promptly and professionally. The staff were calm, kind, and reassuring during a very stressful time. I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Syed Farid, the emergency doctor, for his professionalism, clear explanations, and quick response. I am also very grateful to Nurse Shira, who was extremely caring, attentive, and compassionate. After my admission, Dr. Tan Han Loong took over my treatment, and I cannot thank him enough. I was diagnosed with an infection that caused similar signs to asthma-like symptoms, and at certain moments my condition felt very serious and frightening. Dr. Tan managed my treatment with great skill, dedication, and constant care, guiding me through the entire process with confidence and professionalism. I would also like to express my sincere appreciation to Dr. Lau Yew Wei for his care and attention, as well as Dr. Kumar, the radiologist, for his professionalism and support during my treatment. All the hospital staff were truly wonderful—kind, patient, and always willing to help. Their compassion and dedication made a difficult experience much easier to go through.

Tq to ER team - Dr Farid and all the nurses... Not forgetting Dr Low.WK .. he is such a chill Dr and treated my toe infection... There was no pain after the operation....really smooth experience ✨
