Overall service from the moment I entered the emergency department on 19/5/25, everything was okay. From the emergency doctor, treatment, to the ward, the staff nurses were all okay. Just a few comments: during the emergency visit, when performing the cardiac check, perhaps the staff could be more considerate of the patient's modesty, covering where possible. And another point, for the staff who smoke: when attending to patients, it's necessary to thoroughly clean off any unpleasant odors from smoking or vaping. By the way, overall everything was good. Alhamdulillah and keep it up.
