Md4, room 95B, Dr Yong Geng - so good, explains well and is very warm Wad nurse - all nurses are great and sweet Shasi - so lovely, clear explanation, smiles all the time. First time admitted here and it was very hospitable. From Nurse Bayu who was very accommodating and tried his best to expedite getting me my GL, Nurse Kirtana who was very warm and kept checking on me, and even Dr Kamal who attended to me fast.

I had a very pleasant experience at Columbia Asia Hospital Setapak. Before seeing Dr. Elizabeth Chang, I initially visited the Emergency Department and was attended by Dr. Shahril Kamal. I would like to sincerely thank him for his professionalism and for referring me to Dr. Chang for further management. I was later admitted under Dr. Chang due to severe skin issues. My skin had become very thin, extremely itchy, and was starting to blister, which made it very uncomfortable to work and carry out daily activities. After consultation, she advised admission for proper treatment. Following discharge and the medications prescribed, my skin has fully recovered and returned to its normal, healthy condition. Now that I have recovered, I truly believe that it was the right decision to consult with Dr Chang! The admission process was very smooth. Registration was handled efficiently by Ms. Ain and Mr. Daus, and the on-duty Bed Management staff, Ms. Rajes, arranged the room very quickly. The nurses at MD3 Ms. Shafiza and Ms. Madeline @ Maira were incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. The room was clean and comfortable, and the food provided was good and satisfactory. Overall, the service was excellent and truly top-notch. Highly recommended! Thank you so much, 🥰

I wanted to give my heartfelt thanks to Dr Kamal (cmo) for his exceptional care and right treatment for my daughter. We are from India and went to KL for a family vacation where my 2 year daughter fell sick and required immediate treatment . The entire team starting from nurses , the pharmacy staff were just exceptional . We were not treated as foreigners rather they were very hospitable and full of gratitude . Thanks Dr Kamal for your exceptional treatment , listening so patiently to my questions and giving us the confidence that my daughter will be well and we can enjoy our KL trip . Thank You !
