We would like to extend our appreciation to the entire medical team who attended to my 86 y.o. father during his recent surgery and hospitalisation. Medical Officer - Dr Wong who first attended to my father, elevated a lot of our stress by patiently answering not only to all our burning questions but also explained the medical procedure, cost estimate and post surgery care. Dr Wong also gave us time to discuss about the options available. Thank you for being candid, encouraging and coming by to teach us basic physio. Surgeon - Dr Viknes albeit a man of few words for candidly explained all the details about the surgery plan and the prompt post surgery update. Thank you for being so skillful and thorough. Anaesthetist - Dr Lai for his effort in communicating with my hard hearing father in Cantonese. Thank you for ensuring my father is safe in the OT given my father's age and degenerative spine which poses anaesthetic challenges. Last but not least, to the Nursing team at Level 2, thank you for being emphathetic, helpful, cheerful and generous in sharing with us to ensure continuity of care. From the family of Uncle Chong (221A/223)
