Every month my grandma do her check up here .. even for surgery or she required to be admitted .. her always like years do her check up with dato' dr zainudin .. he such a great doctor .. but his assistants tho, those two morons being so rude .. if i come to give medical card at the reception, she always said " letak je situ " with rude tone. OMG! even if i came early she sometimes gave to other patients to do the check up ..for example i came at 9.30am the appointment at 11am and we do the check up at 11.40am .. cus they gave someone else to enter first .. even i came super early like 1 hour 30 min before the appointment .. SUCH like today. Its not just me .. sometimes my mom or my aunty accompany my grandma they feel same .. Super rude, i feel like my grandma do her appointment with government instead of non gov .. that suppose gave good quality service with tht amount of money we have spend here. VERY BAD SERVICE !!

Very friendly staff/assistant at Dr's clinic counter. As a first timer here i feel very comfortable with them. Dato Dr Zainudin explain with my results with calm, slow and steady. Very easy to understand with hus explaination. Thank you to the staffs/assistants. Also Good service so far..well done!

I am taking treatment in this hospital almost a year with Dato Dr Zainuddin & the Dr was very kind. The receptionist Siti & Zurina always give me a warm welcome & kind smile all the time. Their service is very good. * Dato Dr Siva Mohan is another kind & experience Dr who treatment in a critical situation and save my life.
