Great place, very good care from the delivery room nurses and Dr Noor‘ Aini (O&G), Dr Sanjay (paediatrics) and Dr Suresh (anaesthesiology)

Went to see a gynaecologist for pap smear & mammogram routine check. Dr. Noor Aini is professional, calm & very accommodating. Listening to my symptoms & diagnosed me promptly. Highly recommended. As outpatient is advised to come an hour earlier than your actual appointment time as many other patients are waiting too.

Dr Noor Aini Kasim is a fantastic and prudent Obstetrician-gynecologist. She monitored my twin pregnancy with strict care and performed a wonderful C section procedure with a nice and fast recovery cut. Strongly recommended. Truly appreciated

Kudos for the service staff ! Very helpful. Very friendly. But not for the Dr👎👎👎👎 i also read the same feedback from this reviews. This is my second time here. I can say that not all doctors were rude. Its all nice with my firstime experience. But not for my 2nd experience. Dr Noor Kassim Ali from (O&G). Idk why she just treat me like im a beggar. Hello i made self-pay la? She not really take my case seriously. Yeah i know my case was just irregular period. So i am scared something happened to me like abnormal growth such as cyst, pcos or fibroid. As i consulted by her, she alway get raising her voice when asking about my period experience. Dia macam stress tarikh period saya tak menentu. Dia marah2 apasal June tarikh lain. Tarikh Aug lain pulak. Eh? Nama pun irregular period kau expect tarikh sama ke setiap bulan. Not just raising voice, she also get mad like she was the most busy doctor in the world and why such a patient coming to her with this simple case. And she also asking me twice 'kenapa dah 2 kali jadi macam ni baru nak jumpa Dr?" (with raising voice). I mentioned that i just need to track the menstruation cycle next month. So if it happened again i will go to hospital. Tak paham do asal dia nak marah2. Faham la kau busy tapi profesional la sikit. Mende simple camtu pun nak marah. Rude sangat. I just nak tahu my current health condition tau. But all she said was normal je ni! I scan rahim you takde pape pun! Takyah jumpa Dr pun takpa! again (with raising voice) And dia bukan rude dgn i je. Dgn assistant yg bertugas tu pun dia bantai marah deoan patient. Pahal do period ke apa? SJMC PLEASE take action with Dr Noor Kassim Ali (O&G). I ada appointment dgn dia next time tapi malas ah layan pun nak taknak je. Kalau KK faham ah kerajaan bayar murah. Aku bayar mahal2 tapi dilayan cMni. DISLIKE DR NOOR KASSIM ALI👎👎
