I came to this hospital full of hope for my mother's recovery. My mother was treated with great care and attention. Every doctor made careful, accurate diagnoses based on proper tests and evaluations. The doctors worked together seamlessly, and each doctor was kind, transparent, and took the time to explain everything clearly to my mother, even though we faced a language barrier. Their communication was always easy to understand and reassuring. We were fortunate to be placed in the newest ward, Block D, which has a very modern design, excellent cleanliness, attentive and responsive nurses, and delicious meals. Since our inpatient stay was quite long, being in such a comfortable and home-like environment meant a lot to us. My deepest gratitude goes to Dr. Shalini, the best endocrinologist I’ve ever met, she explained everything in detail, showed genuine care, and worked wholeheartedly. Thank you to Dr. Anusha, who consistently ensured everything was going well, always showed extra care and deep empathy. And thank you to Dr. Sureisen, who kindly handled all of my mother’s concerns with compassion. Shamimi and Hema from the International Patient Care team were also incredibly helpful and informative. Every doctor, nurse, and staff member I encountered at Pantai Hospital was kind and professional, and I am truly grateful for that. Thanj you Pantai Hospital for all the excellent care and service provided. Thank you very much.
