I was admitted here for 7 days in ward 7A. All the doctors treated me Dr Bala and Chan Yee Meng really very good. Highly recommend doctors. And the staff ward 7A also very helpful and cheerful. Special thanks to my good friend nurse Ms Sara. The food also very nice and clean environment.

I have been to Desert Park Hospital several times. Children's skin problems, hospitalizations, and annual physicals are all here. The 24 hour appointment email support is great. It is a very reliable hospital. The receptionists, nurses, paramedics, and doctors are all very helpful. The other day, My child was admitted to the emergency room in the evening with a fever and it took only 2 hours from consultation to admission. Through a friend, I was able to get in touch with Ms. Chiang, the interpreter, who gave me prompt and courteous advice even though she was out of working hours. It was an emergency and Doctor Chan came to the emergency room immediately to see me, the receptionist, doctor, and emergency room staff were very courteous and even brought a chair for the parents to sit by the bed,, Also, the children's rooms are private, spacious, and clean, there is a wide variety of food, the children choose their own food, and the nurses are very friendly and talk to the children. They are always very kind and very appreciative.

From the lobby reception to each specialist division nurse station and counter, all staff have been very helpful and courteous. We were treated by Gastroentrologist Dr Chan YM and did outpatient surgery. He was very patient and clear and explained purpose, procedure and effects and post very clearly. Very professional and well respected. Ge only ask you to procedure of what's important and necessary, not over push you to what's unnecessary or profitable like other institutions. He was very quick and accurate on the diagnose and the cause and outcome. Nurse Kristina at ward Endoscology was very calm, patient and reassuring with me. Dr Julie anaesthesit was clear and patient too. I would definitely come back to Parkcity Medical City as well as recommended them. Thank you for all the team's patience and help.

Dr Chan Yee Ming is caring & professional. Marina, the service assistant is friendly. Overall good experience.
