The staff were attentive, kind, and always ready to assist. A special appreciation goes to Dr. Faisal Jabar and Assistant Dr Faisal ( sorry my dear i forgot your name, but as i can tell you are so kind lovely and good looking. I feel so much comfotable talking to you & such a helpfull person) for their outstanding support and dedication. As one of their patients undergoing appendix surgery, I truly felt safe and well cared for throughout the entire process. Dr. Faisal Jabar explained the procedure clearly and performed the surgery with great expertise, while the clinic assistant provided compassionate care and constant reassurance during recovery. They really did a great job, and I am very grateful for their professionalism and kindness. I highly recommend this hospital and its amazing medical team to anyone in need of quality healthcare

My daughter was admitted on 1 Dec due to food poisoning. Service was as very pleasant the nurses and doctors from emergency all the way to the ward was friendly and welcoming. They made my 4 Y/O feel comfortable. Shout out to Dr. Faizel and the nurses in Ward 6A for making us feel like home. They treat my daughter as one of their own. Thank you for the wonderful service ❤️

Mr. Kamalu was so helpful, he arrange all for me from the pick up, the doctor appoinment , help me for the pharmacy. The hospital was so clean.

Because of acute gangrenous cholecystitis I had to wave bye bye to my infected gallbladder. Dr. Faisal Jabar was my very experienced and skillful surgeon and he did an awesome job, I am so grateful. So far I had no issues at all and recovered quickly. I am a foreigner, my insurance company Dr Walter ( also highly recommended !) covered everything. All rooms at PCMC are single, the hospital standart is high. Unfortunately my room was opposite the counter, so it was quite loud at night. One of the nurses missed the vein and my hand is still paining a bit after 5 weeks. But these can happen everywhere. Nevertheless, I would choose this hospital again and I do recommend it highly to foreigner which have an insurance.
