VERY POOR receptionist at the ground lobby. Booking process: Booked Comprehensive Cardiac Arrhythmia Screening and assigned to Dr Ma. On Day: Came as early as 6.30am for registration. I was told that Dr Ma is on leave. I request to change doctor, and reception told me to go straight to Heart Center that opened only at 8:30am. Once the heart center open, I was told that I need to change doctor at reception. Seriously, you guys made me waited 1.5hrs just to go back to reception? Back to reception, the really have no clue what is happening even after I showed them my appointment confirmation. To chase me away sooner from me making fuss at reception, they quickly saw that health screening is at Level 2 and they change all my papers. 08.49am, arrived at level 2 after wasted 2 hours and to witness a super busy hall just to submit my paper. 09.45am, i went back to receptionist to check on my queue and I was informed that i have 20 people in front of me. I returned and reconfirm if my screening is Comprehensive Cardiac Arrhythmia Screening? the receptionist was very surprised why I had ended up at level 2. Now I wasted 3 hours FOR NOTHING! Things turn at the right direction when Ms Calyn (receptionist at Level 2) handle my situation. We finally managed to get another doctor to refer for consultation only. I must compliment Calyn for swiftly identifying my issue and tried her best to help me. Also Wong Hau Tat who came up to me and apologize personally on the inconvenience. I walked out the hospital with mixed and sour feeling that Im not sure if we came to the right hospital.
