Thank you so much to Mr. John for being such a great help on the day I was in so much pain. His service was truly top-notch! I also really appreciate the other staff who were just as helpful, as well as the nurses and, of course, the doctors—Dr. Tan and another doctor who cared for me. During the day-care procedure, I was very satisfied with the whole team. Everyone was so friendly and reassuring, especially the nurses (the kind Malay lady and the sweet Chinese girl) who really helped put me at ease. Big thanks to all of you!
