A friend was admitted at this hospital recently to undergo a laparoscopy surgery under Dr Ramadas and it went well. Alhamdulillah. The doctor is such a blessing and I’m forever grateful not only for his excellent work but mostly his kindness & empathy towards my dear friend. The nurses at Level 2 especially those attending to my friend are friendly, courteous and provide great and genuine hospitality. The single bedded room was spacious and comfortable. Fauzi at the cashier counter is also helpful and courteous. Overall the staff we encountered has demonstrated great hospitality and customer service. The fact that it’s a fairly small private hospital but in my opinion it’s very convenient cuz you don’t hafta walk so far from the parking lot to the main entrance , to registration counter, to the ward, cashier counter and pharmacy. I had my HSG procedure today, and I’m very grateful for the care I received. Dr Gyatiri was extremely calm and reassuring throughout the entire procedure. She made sure I was comfortable at every step and kept checking in on me, which really helped ease my anxiety. Ms Aini was also very supportive and comforting during the process. Her kindness and presence made a big difference. I would also like to thank Dr Ramadass, my current gynecologist, for his guidance and support throughout my journey. I truly appreciate his care and professionalism. Overall, a very positive experience thanks to such a caring and professional team. Highly recommended!

Hi, myself is Hima Salleni from Ward 222B level 2. This is my fifth time being hospitalized here, during which I have undergone three surgeries and two procedures. Each time, the level of care I received has been nothing short of exceptional. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and compassionate. I would like to sincerely thank Kak Mastura, Miss Alen, Aina, Kak Shahida, Mrs. Susila, and several other staff members who took care of me. They are truly wonderful and treated me like family throughout my stay. During a moment when I was emotionally overwhelmed, Head of Nurse Mrs Rashida spent almost 45 minutes patiently consoling me, offering comfort, reassurance, and emotional support. Their kindness and empathy meant more to me than words can describe. Special appreciation also goes to Miss Wawa from the Operation Theatre, who was exceptional in her care and professionalism. I am also deeply grateful to my doctor, Dr. Ramadas, who has been guiding my treatment. He is truly the best doctor in the world. I owe him so much, and I will carry my gratitude for him forever.
