The days I look forward to most are my appointments with Dr. Ramadas and Nurse Kak Zaleha. They are truly the best gynecology team I’ve ever visited—practical, efficient, and always providing clear explanations. Beyond that, they are incredible motivators and genuinely care for every patient’s well-being. I’m deeply grateful to them for guiding me through everything, from my routine gynecological check-ups to my entire pregnancy journey. Hi, myself is Hima Salleni from Ward 222B level 2. This is my fifth time being hospitalized here, during which I have undergone three surgeries and two procedures. Each time, the level of care I received has been nothing short of exceptional. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and compassionate. I would like to sincerely thank Kak Mastura, Miss Alen, Aina, Kak Shahida, Mrs. Susila, and several other staff members who took care of me. They are truly wonderful and treated me like family throughout my stay. During a moment when I was emotionally overwhelmed, Head of Nurse Mrs Rashida spent almost 45 minutes patiently consoling me, offering comfort, reassurance, and emotional support. Their kindness and empathy meant more to me than words can describe. Special appreciation also goes to Miss Wawa from the Operation Theatre, who was exceptional in her care and professionalism. I am also deeply grateful to my doctor, Dr. Ramadas, who has been guiding my treatment. He is truly the best doctor in the world. I owe him so much, and I will carry my gratitude for him forever. His dedication, expertise, and compassion have given me strength and confidence throughout my journey. Thank you to the entire hospital team for your outstanding service, humanity, and care.
