Environment: Comfortable, perhaps a little busy but still comfortable. Service: Professional, efficient, and good service from the staff. Starting from the registration process to see the doctor, admission to the ward, insurance GL processing, procedure processing, and discharge all went smoothly and in an organized manner. What I liked most was that the waiting time for discharge was not long. Doctor's Expertise: I dealt with Dr. Ahmad Zubair Anis Ahmad, Orthopaedic & Trauma Surgeon. Among the best doctors I have met so far. He was very helpful in ensuring I understood my situation and was always attentive to any questions I had. My thanks also go to my anaesthetist, Dr. Muhd Helmi Azmi, who was very kind and highly empathetic, especially when he was willing to change my cannula to a more comfortable location for me while under full anaesthesia (didn't feel any pain :).
