There wasnt many crowd in the emergency. Thus my wife was treated immediately with care of the Supervisor Ms Low who brought my wife inside the bay and the ED team attended immediately. Very attentive Dr Malvin and Ms. Ranveer and also Ms. Alia who set my wife's IV line. And there was a frequent check by the other 2 male nurse which i could not get their names. Kudos to them who made us feel welcome and confortable despike my wife was having spike fever.

I had excellent care from the emergency team on duty, Dr Manvir, SSN Ranveeer, SN Amira & SN Puteri. They were patient in answering my questions, very willing to answer my questions & provide the medical care I need.

I recently underwent treatment at the newly established Columbia Asia Bukit Jalil Hospital, and I was thoroughly impressed by the level of care provided. From the moment of admission, the reception staff exhibited warmth and efficiency, ensuring a smooth process. The hospital's pristine environment further enhanced the sense of comfort and confidence. My sincere appreciation goes to my attending Internal Medicine Physician, Dr. Mohd Johan, and also Dr. Thiagu, Radiologist for their exemplary care and steadfast dedication. Their expertise significantly contributed to my recovery journey. I also wish to extend my gratitude to Dr. Rohini and the Emergency Department team for their prompt and compassionate response during my initial admission. The support staffs as well as nurses and medical assistants played an integral role in ensuring my comfort throughout my stay. Their professionalism and kindness were truly commendable. Never really been to hospitals (good thing I guess) but Dr Melvin and team made it very easy for the check in at the ER ward, happy to see great service from this hospital and so near to home
