Special thanks to Dr Ronny, he took the time to explain things clearly without rushing, which I really appreciated. The nurses in MD3 ward were warm, attentive, and always checked in to make sure I was comfortable. The physiotherapist, i think her name Theva keep reminding me about having a good rest during this period and take care of my back postur. Thanks for being kind. As for the xray and MRI, the radiologist briefed well before the session started and explained to me whenever i asked him even during his busy schedule. All facilities here are well maintained and spotless clean. However, i foresee that improvement on the waiting period during admission and discharge out patient using insurance GL can be done in future. For my case it took around 3hours. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and would definitely recommend it to others. Foods are delicious and it has variety of menu. Thank you Columbia Asia Klang staffs.
