My first experience at emergency and met Dr Shekin. I came in with a crack on my nasal bone after playing netball and was placed in the Green Zone. Dr. Shekin was truly exceptional. Not only was she professional, but she was genuinely funny, warm and reassuring. I was extremely nervous when I arrived, but she made me feel at ease and even got me laughing during the examination. Her kindness, patience and positive attitude really stood out. You can tell she loves her job and cares about her patients.
