I was admitted last month for a spinal procedure. At first, I felt a deep sense of worry, but the care I received, the fast service, and meeting with Dr. Ariff, an excellent doctor with a deep knowledge, and he explained everything to me so well that it immediately made me feel reassured. Heartfelt thanks to Dr. Ariff (Surgeon), Dr. Afiq (Anaesthetist), and all the staff from the Ward, OT, and HDU for their kindness and expertise, which I truly appreciated. Now, i am in a great condition alhamdulillah and I have no back pain at all! I am just continuing my recovery through physiotherapy sessions. Outpatience Experience - Love the ambiance, doktor bg clear explanation. Staff pun very attentive. Mcm i guna GL pun went smooth, and diorg akan inform awal if need to use own money or which treatment cover by insurance. Overall I am satisfied. Inpatient - It went well for the surgery and the nurse very helpful. Clear explanation from Dr Afiq from anesthetist specialist before the procedure and after procedure. For orthopedic specialist, Dr Zamri is the best! He gives very clear explanation regarding my issue and what will happen during and after treatment. Physiotherapy - Encik Amirul Asraf was great, he teach me how to use proper tools such as underarm cane, how to adjust it, how to walk using it. Very clear explanation and give lot’s of examples do’s and don’t.

I want to express my deepest gratitude for the exceptional care I received during my recent stay (6/10-9/10) at the hospital. Dr. Maathichsudhaar, thank you for your expertise and for guiding me through the surgery with such skill and compassion, also thank you to Dr.Afif (Anesthesiologist) and Dr. Rohini at the A&E.
