Dr. Nur in the Emergency Department and also Dr. Roslan Abdul Rahman were excellent in assisting me. The nurses in the Surgical Ward were also very good in attending to me, thank you Sr. Rusmaini. I was also assisted by Mr. Romzi from Customer Service from the moment I arrived at the Emergency Department until my admission to the ward. KPJ Damansara Specialist Hospital is indeed the best.

If you have the choice please go elsewhere. Dr Roslan is very good and attentive but other than him the service here is horrendous. Did surgery for teeth as a day care patient. When arrived the nurse said she cant take my bp because she cant find some adapter so she says i can skip it conveniently. In the OR its literally chaos with them talking about their personal life, how they want to go home as I am laying there anxious. Once done, back in the day care ward as I was dizzy and needed to go toilet they didn’t even help me and i had to rely on my mom. They didn’t even look our way too caught up on their phone. Meds werent given to me or explained but just passed to my mother who had to go to the counter. I had to look and understand what I am taking through Google. And the whole time you try to rest from surgery they are talking loudly about tik tok, shopping and travels. They didn’t check in on me even once. This on top of constructing noise was appalling. For someone in pain after surgery I just cannot understand nor tolerate the mentality and service. I am glad I am a daycare patient and will be avoiding this hospital as much as I can unless its for specialist consultation with drs.

Very good service, professional and reliable. I have been visiting KPJ Damansara since 2009 for my whole family. The doctors who attended to me and my family were Dr Rajeentheran, Dr Mardziah (paedetrician), Dr Robert Penafort, Dr Rozeman, arwah Dr Roslan, Dato Dr Kamil, Dato Dr Musa, Dato Dr Haron, Dr Mohd Ridho, Dr Effarezan, Dr Daud, Dr Song, Dr. Noraini and few others I cannot remember their names. Well, I'm happy with the service rendered to me and my family all these years.
