This was my first visit to Sungai Long Specialist Hospital. The Reception, Registration, Payment and Pharmacy Counters as well as the X-Ray Department were all efficient 👍. I had a 2pm appointment with Dr Chooi Yuo Joe (Dr Joe). Chose Dr Joe as my orthopaedic due to the good reviews he received from his patients. Was called in @2pm, analysed & treated efficiently. Dr Joe was professional & friendly. He explained in detail about my condition & the correspondent treatment. Very happy with his service. Highly recommended 👍.

My father was admitted to the hospital last month due to an accident and received wonderful treatment from all of the competent, compassionate, and helpful hospital staff. With special gratitude to the doctors (Dr. Loh Kok Leong, Dr. Koh Hsien Wen, and Dr. Chooi Yuo Joe) as well as the imaging department (Radiographer, Mr. Tham CY).

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Dr. Wong Jun Yet and Dr. Joe from Sg Long Hospital for the care and support they provided to my mother-in-law. Dr. Joe was the first to attend to her after she had a fall in her room, which resulted in a fractured hand. He responded quickly, explained her condition clearly, and handled everything with great care and professionalism. His gentle and calm approach helped to ease our family’s worries at that time. Following that, Dr. Wong Jun Yet treated my mother-in-law when she was diagnosed with urosepsis. He also diagnosed her with dementia and kindly explained to us that her condition would likely continue to worsen. Dr. Wong took the time to offer us detailed advice and guidance on how to care for her, both medically and emotionally. His empathy, patience, and willingness to support us during such a difficult time meant a great deal to our entire family. Dr. Wong's compassionate and thoughtful approach gave us reassurance and clarity, helping us to better understand her condition and prepare ourselves emotionally. My mother-in-law passed away peacefully last month. Although it was an incredibly painful time for our family but we are truly grateful for the dedication and humanity shown by both Dr. Wong and Dr. Joe. Thank you both for the support and compassion you provided to our loved one and to us.
