03/08/2021, around 10:15 PM. The service from the Indian nurse working at that time was outrageous. First of all, when my name was called by that Indian nurse, I was walking towards the emergency entrance to go to the counter inside. However, I stopped directly in front of the nurse, and she asked me several questions about my condition. At that time, my father came and stood behind me to accompany me, but he was prohibited by the nurse. So my father was not satisfied because he was not allowed to enter. After the nurse checked my BP, my name was called to enter the ward. During the treatment, the nurse COMPLAINED to Dr. Nor Aina Binti Adnan about my father wanting to enter to accompany me. I directly replied, "You can't say that, nurse." After that, she replied back, "You shouldn't be allowed to enter either." As I mentioned above, when "my name was called by that Indian nurse, I was walking towards the emergency entrance to go to the counter inside." So maybe she was thinking that I wanted to enter the emergency ward without permission? The nurse spoke like that in front of me without considering that I am her patient. Her attitude was terrible, talking like that in front of a patient. Even though I am an adult, are there really rules that companions are not allowed to enter? She said I am already grown up, unlike someone who is 17 years old?? The response given by the nurse was very inappropriate. After the treatment was done, I showed the "Attending Physician's Statement" form to Dr. Nor Aina Binti Adnan for her to fill up. She replied that the form needs to go to medical records. I was okay with that. What made me angry was when the doctor asked, "Do you want to claim too? But it's only a few hundred [ringgit]. It's not expensive." Firstly, it is the customer's right whether to claim or not. As a doctor, she should not have replied like that to a patient. And she shouldn't have responded at all when the nurse complained. This is my first time writing such a long review. Please improve the quality of KPJ Klang.
