I brought my son due to emergency to Thomson Hospital. The only reason is Dr.Sangeetha from SJMC previously. The Dr was good. But the entire administration made us very disappointed. The staff at counter was very rude in speaking. Throwing the papers ti shower their anger. Never think about emergency and never give importance to live. But they only focus in Money. My son 10 years boy was waited for admission from afternoon 4pm till midnight 12.00 and admin never bother to inform us (parents). When i asked she said insurance will informed then will reply the next day morning. So i asked means till next day morning you want this small boy sit at the chair with school uniform without shower is it ? She said "YES". Omg,They just let my son like that althought his hand was frozen and couldn't move. I requested for proceed admission while waiting for Insurance . They were asking for RM 5000.00 as deposit. I said that's fine but when do the hospital will refund back. The administration staff rudely said14 days. Why must hospital hold my money for 14 days ? They don't even bother if anything happend .she don't care anything. Very slow in work. After all the struggle we was placed in the room nearly 1am. 2nd incident was, I left one of my small beg in the room. When I called them in the afternoon one of the safff said the person (cleaner) saw the beg and she took it and she will report to work at night only. When I call again the ward staff said yes she saw. But now don't know how it is missed again. What kind of answer is this ?? Never ever go to this hospital. Who don't bother patients need and live. POOR SERVICE. Really Worst !!!!! The hospital management need to take action on this. I need my beg.
