Overall, my experience was good. A big thank you to Dr. Dimitraj Maniam (Physician), Nurul Ayuni (Nurse Assistant), Dr. Rishi (Urological Surgeon), and Dr. Lim Wei Tat (Anesthesiologist) for the superb consultation and treatment. Also, a big applause to all nurse MD1 for being caring, attentive, and very helpful throughout my stay. They provided excellent and tip-top service and support. Special shout out as well to Hesry (Bed Management), who was very helpful and made things much smoother. That said, there are some areas where things could be improved, especially in terms of communication and patient support. When I was admitted, the admission staff did provide some information, but it wasn’t clear enough. For example, I wasn’t informed that I needed to scan a QR code to order food. As patients, we come to the hospital not for a tour, we come because we are unwell and in need of treatment. We don’t have the time or energy to walk around the ward just to figure things out. That’s why it’s important for admission staff to explain these details properly from the start, instead of only mentioning visiting hours and payment. This responsibility sits with the admission team, as nurses are already busy taking care of many patients. Another point was about drinking water. Patients were expected to leave the ward to get it themselves, but the dispenser was quite far. For someone who is unwell and doesn’t have a caregiver, this can be very difficult. It would be much more thoughtful to provide bottled water (just like it was done previous years), especially during the early stages of admission when patients are still weak and in pain. I hope these small but important issues can be addressed, because clear communication and a little extra patient support can make a big difference to the overall experience.

I would like to express my highest heartfelt appreciation for the outstanding care and service I received during my recent visit. A very special thanks to Dr. DimitRaj,Dr.Goh Boon Ser & Dr.Chooi for their professionalism, compassion, and clear communication throughout my treatment. Their expertise truly made a difference in my recovery. To the staff..it was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive—from the receptionists to the nurses. They always made me feel welcome and well-cared-for. The services provided were efficient and well-organized, and I was particularly impressed by the cleanliness of the facilities. Every area of the toilets are well hygienically maintained, which added to my comfort and confidence during the visit. Thank you once again for your excellent care and commitment.
