This is my third time being admitted to a ward here, and each time, the experience has been excellent. The service from the doctors and nurses was truly top-notch. Thousands of thanks to Dr. Syed Ahmad Faisal, who was very friendly, approachable, and provided clear and easy-to-understand explanations. He was very helpful in making patients feel at ease throughout their treatment. Additionally, appreciation also goes to the nurses who were very friendly and helpful, especially Miss Thareni & Miss Nadirah, who were very skilled when inserting the IV cannula (branula). The process was very smooth and almost painless, truly professional 👍 The ward room condition was also comfortable. Although there was a minor issue with the bathroom (a small leak), the hospital acted swiftly to repair it, which demonstrates their commitment to patient comfort. Overall, I am very satisfied and highly recommend this hospital to others.
