Asst. Prof. Dr. Salmah Anim Binti Abu Hassan is a distinguished Rehabilitation Physician at IIUM Medical Specialist Centre, specializing in Amputee, Acquired Brain Injury, Cardiac, Stroke, Spinal Cord Injury, Neuromedical, and COVID Rehabilitation. Her expertise extends to innovative research in minimally invasive pain intervention for stroke patients, diagnostic protein markers for Post COVID-19 Syndrome, and control strategies for upper limb rehabilitation robots. She is also recognized for her work on the 3 Point Shoulder Injection (3PSI) and sensory stimulation gardens. As Secretary of the Malaysian Association of Rehabilitation Physicians (2023-2024), she demonstrates strong leadership in advancing patient-centered rehabilitation.
