Excellent and super fast respond, prefered walk in as an international patient's family to get clear and direct instruction. They say the process is within 2 or 3 weeks, but the medical report department settled all in less than 3 days. Thank you for Doctor Alan Teh and the med report deptartment, they worth higher appreciation words than thank you. Special thanks to Miss Anathasia Aniston Raymond and Miss Manjit Kaur Pretham Singh. God Bless you in all good things you do ^_^

SJMC has good doctors — to name a few: Dr Raveendran, Dr Alan Teh, Dr Hew Fern Lee, Dr. Paranthaman (ER), Dr. SAndrew (ER), Dr. Yap (ER), Dr. Sherrini and of course, Dr Daphne herself. She is attentive, genuinely concerned for her patients, and takes the time to listen. However her nurse is not approachable. It doesn’t take more than one interaction to realise that. For us, the service quality at SJMC is dropping - and it’s quite noticeably especially over the past 1 to 1.5 years - we have been coming to this hospital since 2004, so this quite disappointing As for the Ultrasound Department — we don’t even know where to begin. Almost all the staff there are difficult to approach- I also personally had a poor experience with the nurses at Level 1 just a few weeks ago I also have an ongoing unsettled insurance bill with the hospital, and it has been challenging to connect with the team for assistance. . I truly hope SJMC will take these concerns into account for improvements. On another note - we would like to commend Mr. Raju from the ER department for consistently demonstrating excellent service. He has truly raised the bar when it comes to patient care. If such service could be taught or replicated across the hospital, it would be phenomenal.

I came to SMJ from Jakarta. There I was treated by Dr. Teh, she is one of a kind. I came without any diagnostic documents and chose to do an ultrasound, mammogram, and biopsy at SMJ. Everything was very well organized, and finished in one day without wasting time. Very well organized. When I had my biopsy, I was accompanied and assisted by Nurse Shaminy, she was very gentle and patient. She made me very calm. I just can’t thank you enough.
