My experience at MSU Medical Centre was truly exceptional — such positive vibes throughout. From the receptionist to the entire Level 9 ward team, every staff member was incredibly kind and attentive. A heartfelt thank you to all the operating theatre staff involved in my C-section — your professionalism, calm presence, and care made a world of difference, and I truly appreciate every one of you. Special thanks to Dr. Noorneza, a warm and highly skilled O&G surgeon, and to anaesthetist Dr. Fadzlon for administering the epidural spinal so smoothly. To Matron Puan Marini and Puan Nazu, thank you for your kind visit during my stay in the Level 9 ward. Grateful to everyone who made this such a beautiful and memorable childbirth experience at MSU Medical Centre. I would just like to suggest that the hospital consider adding a mini fridge in each room — it would really help patients like me to store cold drinks and have easier access to drinking water.
