I believe it's crucial that the clinic assistants (CAs) at this specialist hospital, particularly those from Dr. Teh’s clinic and Dr. Shamsul's, receive proper training in customer service. The experience has been very unpleasant. On several occasions, I've had to endure the noise of CAs shouting and making a racket in their gathering room while patients, myself included, were waiting outside. It's incredibly disappointing, especially given the hospital's reputation and the high costs associated with treatment here. While the doctors are exceptional and the main reason I continue to return, the CAs unfortunately tarnish the overall experience. It feels as though they dislike their jobs, which is reflected in their behavior. The waiting time, already long, becomes even more unbearable with the constant noise and lack of professionalism. Even cashiers at Speedmart offer better customer service. That said, I must commend Ms. Kema, the CA for Dr. Sim, who stands out as a shining example of how customer service should be. Her warm personality and excellent service make my visits much more pleasant. Kudos to her for upholding the standards I expected from this hospital.

Hi, my experience for my sinus treatment with Dr.Ridzo & Dr Samsul & Dr Helmi was really amazing!❤️ Such a knowledgeable experience for my breathing problem!Fuhhhh!🤭 All the SN @ Ward 3 Surgical was tiptop on their work field!Good job girlss!!💋 Special thanks also to Sister Rusmaini for ur kindness to teach me the right way to flush my nose fight after surgery! Everyday dietitian will come to my room and ask "what do you want to eat?🤪" Cili potong is compulsory okey???👉🏻👈🏻 I definitely refuse to be in hospital back again but I hope we can cross each paths again in different setting. The treatment with Dr. Samsul Amri Ismail, the physician, was efficient and easy. Thank you to Nur Atikah Mustafa for facilitating my appointment with the doctor and helping me apply for Gl. However, I am disappointed with A&E. My child underwent an influenza test, even though the doctor did not charge us for it. But A&E's prices are exorbitant. I don't know what the charge is, but RM80 is almost the same as the influenza test itself. Please do not bill us for things that are not used. Please alert A&E C PRO BAY about this, why is it RM80...

The premier Suite staff ward very friendly ,fast helpfull and the room always clean up everyday .
