I initially walked in with shortness of breath and was under the care of Dr. Yee Kok Meng. Dr. Yee really took the initiative to look beyond the cardiac aspect and ensured a more comprehensive evaluation, which made a significant difference in my care. Special thanks to Pauline, Dr. Yee’s assistant nurse, who made my admission process seamless. From there, my case was carefully managed and transitioned to Dr. Alex (Gastro), who looked into everything in detail, with support from Dr. Indra (Anaest), who took careful precautions with my allergies during my procedure. What truly stood out was the dedication and compassion of the entire team on 7th Floor, Block D. Special thanks to Nurul, Veronika, Raudhah, and all the staff who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and safety throughout my stay. Was recently came here visits for an ultrasound, a couple of blood tests and an endoscopy. Overall, I was pleased with the level of service, the professionalism of the staff, and the quality and cleanliness of the facilities.
