Dr Chiew Yeong Woei

Dr. Chiew Yeong Woei is a highly qualified Consultant Physician and Nephrologist at Sunway Medical Centre. He holds an MD from Taiwan and gained significant experience through postgraduate training in Internal Medicine and Nephrology at Cathay General Hospital in Taiwan, further enhancing his expertise with Nephrology training at Universiti Malaya. Recognized for his excellence, Dr. Chiew received awards such as Excellent Teaching Consultant and Best Nephrology Abstract from the Taiwan Society of Nephrology. Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, Hokkien, and Cantonese, he specializes in managing a wide range of kidney-related conditions, including acute kidney injury, chronic kidney disease, diabetic and hypertensive kidney disease, and electrolyte imbalances, ensuring comprehensive and expert care for his patients.
