First and foremost, my heartfelt gratitude and sincere thanks to Dr. S Sivapiragas - Consultant Surgeon for extending the life of my wife who is seriously ill. His professional calmness made us at ease and we knew we are in good hands observing his expertise, dedication and experience. He gave us a boost to carry on. Others treated by him shared the same views. Without doubt he is a noble soul. Furthermore, the enthusiasm and alertness of all the nurse aides and the exceptionally helpful and enthusiastic Nurse Aide Meykala made our treatment visit to Dr. Siva effortless and quick. Nothing is too difficult for her and she is only a call away. During each visit, we are greeted with a wide smile from Senior Clinic Assistant Sharmini and all the Nurse Aide’s working in Outpatient Clinic B though they are busy. Nurse Aide Angeline and Aifah are as gentle and kind and always with a smile to make up for Meykala when she is away. My wife was admitted as well in Ward B and all the nurses were attentive and helpful. Our thanks go to them as well. I never had any issues with delays at payment counter upon discharge from the ward or during treatment visits to Dr. Siva. The promptness and willingness by Accounts staff primarily Che Aniza Baharom is noteworthy. She is very efficient with her work, and I have not faced any difficulty. Thank you once again for your outstanding service. My family and I are glad that we chose UCSI Hospital Springhill.

Dear UCSI Surgeons, Doctor, Nurses & Management, Thank you for everything you have done for us. We appreciate your dedication and care towards our late father and we are grateful to Dr S. SIVA. It is fortunate for us to have met him at this hospital. You are a fantastic doctor and anyone who comes to you will also experience that.
