On 10/7/2025, my mother, Mdm Yesodhammal, visited Dr. Koay C.B. for her ear infection, and Dr. Koay prescribed Ciprobay antibiotics 250mg BD. However, as my mother is not fluent in Malay and English, there was some confusion during the payment process. The cashier did not ask or check whether there was any medication to be collected. Later, around 5:30 PM (10/7/2025), I received a call from the Sunway Medical Centre Pharmacy (1st Floor) informing me that the prescribed antibiotic was not collected. I was very shocked and upset as it was already quite late, and my mother stays far away in Batu Caves. Around 7:00 PM, I went to the Ground Floor Pharmacy to collect the medication. Ms. Kaashmeera Nair assisted me promptly. She kindly brought me to the Emergency Department cashier and helped to clear the process quickly. Everything was settled within 10 minutes. I would like to sincerely thank Ms. Kaashmeera Nair for her professionalism and excellent service. She was very polite and took the time to explain clearly the importance of taking the antibiotic on time. She also apologized sincerely for the inconvenience caused. Her thoughtful and courteous service truly impressed me, and I am very satisfied with her assistance today.

Be aware when you choose this hospital. Please choose doctor which is famous and recommended by others. The worst experience I never had before in this Hospital. Admission almost two week ago, blood test 3 times, bone marrow test 1 times, all test didn't have answer, useless, waste time! (This is because do all test can claim insurance then can help doctor hit sales target?? Did u care the patient feeling??) Tower B ward 4b, nurse service response slowly, only keep chitchat at the counter. Nurse never work hard in their duty, they will tell you MC only one day and the reason is she already wrote, cannot amend. After bone marrow test only give one day MC? Dr Koay(E&T doctor) bad attitude, censure and scold patient. Patient ask for the consulting, and the method, he didn’t explain more for the reason. This is what doctor consult?? Dr Wong(dermatologist doctor) unprofessional consulting and only keep do test and scan without any useful result. She will ask you do Pad CT scan if you not sure your body condition, if you reject then will ask u do CT scan, either one cincai chose one to scan. The doctor will answer u there is useless when u do CT scan, but she also will ask u do CT scan. The important is do scan?? Or because of the sales? Money? SUNWAY MEDICAL CENTRE I FELT DISAPPOINTED ON YOUR MANAGEMENT AND SERVICE
