I’m sharing this review as honest feedback after being admitted to Pantai Hospital, Ampang. Overall, the staff were friendly and helpful. However, my concern lies with the treatment we received from Dr. Nor Adina. My wife and I were experiencing severe vomiting and diarrhea, yet the treatment and medication prescribed seemed unrelated to these issues—instead, they were more focused on sinus treatment. Before coming to the hospital, we visited a clinic, and their medication was much more accurate. On top of this, the medication we were given at the hospital wasn’t covered by insurance, which added unnecessary costs. We also didn’t receive a clear explanation of what the treatment or medication was for, and they continuously administered an antibiotic drip without proper communication. Regrettably, based on this experience, I won’t be returning in the future. Thank you.
