Came here yesterday (19/4/2022) for a health screening. First time setting foot here, the service provided by Ms. Uma and 2 other staff at the health screening unit was the best! Ms. Uma was very friendly, which made my anxiety disappear 😅. The staff at the Lab were also good. Pharmacy was also good. One thing I noticed compared to other hospitals is the minimum use of paper in this hospital - excellent! The doctor and staff in the Radiology unit were also good, but the waiting time to be called to the Obstetrics and Gynecology specialist clinic was quite long (my name was called early, but due to the time taken for the mammogram process, it took a while for my name to be called again). The Obstetrics and Gynecology doctor was also the best, as were the doctors at Health Screening. They provided detailed explanations. The registration department was also good. The payment department was also good. Keep up the good work!
