Dr. Lim Wai Jenn is a highly qualified and experienced Consultant Psychiatrist and Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist at Sunway Medical Centre and Sunway Medical Centre Velocity. She earned her MD from Jefferson Medical College (of Philadelphia), Thomas Jefferson University, USA in 2009 and is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN) in both Psychiatry (2016) and Child & Adolescent Psychiatry. Dr. Lim also completed a Fellowship in Intensive Structural Family Therapy in the USA. She specializes in a wide range of conditions including anxiety and mood disorders, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and disruptive behavior disorders in children. Dr. Lim's treatment approach is comprehensive, focusing on underlying issues and utilizing various therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Therapy, and Trauma-focused Therapy, alongside medication management when necessary.
