This review is specific to psychiatrist dr Lim Wai Jenn. We came here from abroad, and had made an appoinment weeks before telling Doc about my teenage kid's bipolar situation (which not a one-meeting thing. It needs an ongoing consult, that needs to be done through tele counselling). We were accepted as a patient. The admin was very slow in response. I asked prior to first session if we need to do some medical checkup etc (since we are visiting from abroad so time limit is a constraint), but never replied Anyway, we did get to see doctor with high hope that she'd treat our daughter on an ongoing basis..however she refused to do teleconsul for next session, but kept asking us questions about her condition. Maybe she works by billable hours, I don't know. In the end we got charged MYR495, for a session that came out WITHOUT a diagnose and and her refusal to treat my kid. Please refuse overseas patient in the future. What she did to us was plain mean.

My young daughter went to the emergency department with a fever. An emergency doctor named Dr Lim saw her and advised admission. I wondered at the time why it took so long for him to start the drip and take blood. Finally, another doctor came to take blood and start the drip and told me that Dr Lim lacked the skill to do it. Please stop hiring unskilled doctors. Because of him, I wasted almost three hours just to take blood and start the drip, and another three hours waiting for a room.

My experience was very pleasant as the wait was very short and all the staff were extremely kind and polite esp. Eira nd Fatin at radiology Not to mention the nurses at the health screening as well and Dr Lim

I came in 5minutes before my appointment ,which was set for 2.30pm to see Dr. Lim Wai Jenn, And I waited until 3pm and the doctor still had not called in. When I checked, the nurse just said I had to continue waiting when there were literally no other patients there. The nurse was unapologetic and absolutely did not care that they wasted people’s time. This is supposedly a psychiatric service, but they were not considerate in any way.
