The services at Ucsi Hospital are all good, the staff and nurses are friendly, Ms Intan also helped me a lot, thank you Dr Jaya, she explained things in an easy to understand way.

All Service from Ucsi Hospital is good. Doctor Jaya very nice to me, all nurse in ward 3B and ms Intan very friendly.. Physiotherapist mr Balan good very taking care of me.. All facilities are new and clean.. Highly recommend to a friends and family☺️☺️☺️

I was recently admitted to Ward 3A and would like to express my heartfelt appreciation to Dr. Jaya, Sister Azie, and the entire Ward 3A team for their outstanding care and professionalism. From the moment I was admitted, I felt well cared for and supported. Dr. Jaya was attentive and thorough in explaining my condition and treatment plan, which gave me great confidence and peace of mind. Sister Azie and the nursing team were consistently kind, responsive, and dedicated, always ensuring I was comfortable and well looked after. Thank you all for your compassion, efficiency, and commitment to patient care. I am truly grateful for the excellent service I received during my stay.

Brought my wife to UCSI Hospital & just want to say thank you to Dr. Jayalaksmi & Dr. Ramani for explaining everything clearly and patiently answering all our questions. Also thanks to the clinic team, X-ray, the phlebotomist (Indian Male staff) & the Customer Care team for being so friendly & making everything smooth. A dedicated team is truly the strength of an organization 💪🏻 Really easy to get from one service to another. Just hope to see more food options or maybe vending machines in the future 😁
