I was admitted to Day Surgery Unit, DSU Assunta Hospital for a minor procedure in full anesthetic. I was nervous. However, the nurses and staff here are caring and attentive. I am grateful for the professionalism of Dr Liew Fah Onn and Dr Thava. They helped to ease my worries. I would like to express my gratitude to everyone who have helped me for this. Thank you so much 🙏

I has my first child here with Dr Jaswant Singh and the experience was very very good. Dr Jaswant is the most caring, soft spoken and understanding obgyn i've ever met [i've met over 4 obgyn before in other hospitals]. He advocates for vaginal birth if you are keen and will try his best to have that happen. He is also very understanding of your pregnancy symptoms and helps you understand why you're facing it. I had to go for emergency c-sec due to some issues and in the OT, i was also fortunate to have met Dr Thavaranjitham, Anaesthetist. She was like a motherly figure throughout my whole surgery, ensuring the nurses took care of me well, she also spoke to me during my c-section and kept me calm together with Dr Jaswant. Both of them, are the reason I feel fortunate to have seen my child on 7th may. Thank you Dr Jaswant and Dr Thavaranjitham. You've done above and beyond and that truly made a difference in my life. Much love, Nisha Maniam, Mathan Naidu and our baby, Adithan Naidu

I was admitted in Assunta Hospital for 2 nights after being brought in the Emergency Room as I had collapsed couple of times. The ER Dr Thana and nurses were very attentive and helpful, they answered any questions we had. However, I was very disappointed with the attending doctor who took more than 5 hours to see me to explain what had happened even though my blood test results were ready hours earlier. She only came after we got the nurses to call her numerous times. Even on the next day, she came late at night to explain the test results. On the day of discharge, there was also no clear communication on the discharge process and she made us wait unnecessarily. Very disappointed with the professionalism of this doctor. The nurses at Dahlia ward on the other hand were extremely gentle and caring, they definitely improved my stay at the hospital and accommodated all our requests to call the doctor. Overall it was still a bad experience due to the attitude of the doctor
