I just discharge from this bad service hospital 2 days ago. Admitting procedure took very long almost 4 hours where I think it not suppose to happen in private hospital. Blood test & x-ray result took a long delay & I didn't get any explanation for the result from a doctor. A doctor named Dr. Hamidah Shaban who attended me had bad attitude. She attending me with her sour face & not greet patient properly. Nurses at Ward 3 are very loud like a "night market" & not really helpful. If u press call button, after 5-6 times then there will come a nurse to you. Staff nurse named Nurulatikah at ward 3 is very rude, sending medicine to patient like throw the medicine. There's an Indian nurse in ward 3 has shown her stupidity. She can't take my blood pressure and body temperature properly. The way she use the equipment clearly shown that she not fully trained and confident to use the equipment. This hospital has become laughable stocks. They only know how to suck your money. Totally bad.

Dr Hamidah is very good and high skill doctor for respiratory,i admitted for my athma. Kuddos to nurse from ward 3b ,as i hv very small veins and always difficult to insert iv..she done it 1 time and painless..to sister umi also ,a very pleassent and smooth discharge experience
