The nursing team in Orkid Ward demonstrated exceptional competence and compassion. Their gentle approach, clear explanations of procedures and medications, and overall professionalism made a significant difference in my care and comfort. Special thanks to Santha from the Dietary Department, who consistently went above and beyond. Always attentive, she made sure my meals were timed appropriately around any procedures. The nurses here at ward Orkid, are very polite, caring and dedicated. Dr Ho, is a very professional, caring and attentive doctor.
