From the moment of admission, Theva and Evelyn ensured a smooth and efficient process. They were not only quick in securing insurance clearance but also warm, friendly, and highly professional. The nursing team in Orkid Ward demonstrated exceptional competence and compassion. Their gentle approach, clear explanations of procedures and medications, and overall professionalism made a significant difference in my care and comfort. Special thanks to Santha from the Dietary Department, who consistently went above and beyond. Always attentive, she made sure my meals were timed appropriately around any procedures. Her dedication and thoughtful service reflect her deep experience and commitment to Assunta Hospital. The nurses here at ward Orkid, are very polite, caring and dedicated. Dr Ho, is a very professional, caring and attentive doctor.

I am admitted in Melati ward, very good service in overall and the foods is nice and healthy, Dr Ho very nice in taking care of me. Thank you to the Dietitian Ms. Teow for educating me on how to control sugar.
