Super unpleasant visit & treatment, made appointment at 3pm on 30/4/2025 for orthopedic professor, arrived an hour earlier was made to wait until 3.52pm only the diagnosis by doctor began. There wasn't any patient before, i was made to wait for unknown reason yet the professor was obviously unoccupied. I explained my symptoms of numb leff hand & migraine. I was given a treatment of acupuncture which worsen my condition, it made my hand numbness more severe with also more severe migraine after treatment. The wrap procedure of nurse was done horribly which further causing my left hand discomfort. To those who consider coming here, dont waste your time, the medical charges here is not anywhere cheaper than chinese practitioner clinic out there. But u can cut the ridiculous long waiting time, most importantly, the skills of chinese practitioner out there is way reliable than the so called professor here, shame on you guys tung shin. Quit offering this services if you guys have no passion or sincereity in treating patient. Total expenses for acupuncture + consultation fees is RM98 (40+58), TCM practitioner out there charging acupuncture + consultation fees RM95 (25+70). Minus the ridiculous waiting time & much more effective treatment. Long story short, stay away from this hospital. My numb left hand spread to my whole arm 6 hours after the treatment. I am gonna make an official complaint to government body. The acupuncture was done horribly bad with instant nerve pain upon needle inserting.
