My dad had severe infection with huge pus collection on his thigh last month. His case is a bit complicated due to low immune system. He did an operation on his thigh attended by Dr Wong Him Yau. We are deeply thankful to Dr Wong for his kindness and professionalism. In fact we are quite nervous with my dad condition but Dr Wong gave us confidence and hope during a very difficult time. We have a lot of questions and doubts but he listened carefully and explained everything in simple terms with patience. Dr Wong treated the patient with genuine care and respect. Truly a doctor with both skill and heart. Besides Dr Wong, Dr William Choo is also another caring doctor who attended my dad during Dr Wong’s absence. My dad has to clean his deep wound daily in this hospital. One of the nurse, Ms Hong who cleans my dad’s wound daily is a very experienced nurse, she explains to us the wound healing progress and at the same time trying to calm down and comfort my parents. In overall, our experience at Quill Hospital was very positive. The doctors and nurses here are caring, attentive and polite. The environment is new, very clean and comfortable, the staff make sure the patient was well looked after at all times. We sincerely appreciate the excellent care provided.

Dr Wong Hy is very friendly and caring. The nurses are very nice and polite in ward 6. I really love the nurses and their services in ward 6. Thank you
