Datuk Dr. Nor Fariza Ngah is a distinguished Senior Consultant Ophthalmologist, renowned for her expertise in medical retina and uveitis. As the Deputy Director-General of Health (Research and Technical Support) at the Ministry of Health, Malaysia, she brings extensive leadership experience, having previously headed the Ophthalmology Service and served as President of the College of Ophthalmologists Malaysia. Her pioneering work includes establishing the National Eye Database and developing national practice guidelines, significantly advancing retinal research globally.
