Before coming to Sunway Medical Centre, my daughter was previously diagnosed and treated for Transverse Myelitis by a doctor in Indonesia. Within just 24 hours, Dr. Tay conducted a complete assessment — including a full spinal MRI, blood tests, and autoimmune screening — and discovered that our daughter never had Transverse Myelitis. She was discharged the next day, completely healthy. We are deeply grateful for Dr. Tay’s thoroughness, prompt action, and genuine care. He took time to ensure we understood everything clearly.
