Good experience with Dr Chua for Bronchitis and pneumonia treatment. The nurse ms fizah also helpful and nice.

I am really dissapointed with dr chua ai chen (gynaecologist) service when i was under her supervision i was admitted on 26th january for the procedure that is scheduled on the next day exactly at 11pm mu family was calling me telling my mom is not in a good condition (nazak) so i telling the nurse to discharge me and pospone the procedure asap but after waited for almost 2hours the nurse telling me that they unable to call dr chua as she the only doctor that can discharge me since shes the primary doctor ive been waited until 6 am but the nurse still unable to contact dr chua at 6 am my sister calling me that my mom had passed away i was so sad and devastated since if the dr pick up her phone i am able to go back to my hometown and can see my mom before she passed away.is this how the doctor in sjmc worked? Because of she didnt pick up her fon i cannot see my mom for the last time alive.please la dont treat your patient like this.she just come to see at 7am can u imagine from 11pm ive waited for her.. This is so unacceptable. Please do better. I wont come to sjmc again because of this doctor. Wont u think every doctor must at least alert with phone call? This case will haunt me for lifetime.
