Had good experience at Thomson..good service from Doctor Shanti.the staff from information Couner guide me well.

Very good and satisfactory services by Prof Dr Sia, Dr Shanti and Dr Simon Hui. Nurse Sheila from level 3 ICU was very attentive and caring. Nurses are very helpful. The wards and hospital are clean. Superb services generally. Food is ok. However the hospital's lifts may be added to cope with the heavy traffic and utilisation.

A big thank you to the Drs & staff in Emergency Department of Thomson Hospital, ICU staff, ward 6 A staff, Dr Shanti Ratnam, Dr Haemanth, & Dr Haizal for the excellent care given to my dad Mr.Paramajothy, during his stay here from the 6th March to 16th March. There are no words to express my gratitute.

A big shout out to the incredible team at Thomson Hospital KD for their outstanding care to my father Ooi Kwee Eam during his stay in the hospital. A special mention goes to Dr. Wong Sze Ming, whose dedication and attentive care made a significant difference. He is not only highly skilled but also down-to-earth and approachable during consultations, which brought great reassurance to both the patient and our family. Dr. Shanti deserves special recognition for her bubbly and warm personality, which never failed to bring light and laughters into the room, brightening my father’s days during his treatment. Dr. Oon, Dr. Gan Ing Earn, Dr. Redzuan, and Dr. Gary for their unwavering dedication, expertise, and compassion. I am also deeply grateful to the staff of Ward 5B, the ICU team especially Miss Lee Cai Jing, and Ward 8D for their professionalism, kindness, and tireless efforts to ensure my father’s comfort and recovery. A big thank you to Miss Diu, the Customer Service Manager, for her prompt and efficient handling of our concerns. This incredible team goes above and beyond in delivering care, and I am immensely grateful for their hard work and kindness. Highly recommend!
