I had an exceptional experience during my recent hospital stay in Room 97B. Dato Dr Gilbert was knowledgeable and took time to explain everything. Nurses were incredibly attentive, caring, and made me feel safe and comfortable. Staff communicated clearly and kept me informed every step of the way. I’m truly grateful for the outstanding care I received. I highly recommend Columbia Asia Hospital to anyone in need of medical care.

RIDICULOUS CHARGES BY COLUMBIA. CEKIK DARAH NAK MATI! PASTU MENIPU DALAM BILL!! I was at Columbia hospital Seremban on 18th June 2019. I got my referral letter from Poliklinik Sendayan Bandar Ainsdale on 18th June 2019 for tonsil. I was referred to see Doctor Gilbert from ENT. Dr Gilbert asked me to sit on the medical chair with the equipment and ask me to open my mouth to check the tonsil. he explained that my tonsil was swollen and need to be operated. No other test or sample taken from my mouth or tonsil during this time. I was informed by Dr Gilbert that i need to be warded to reduce the swollen tonsil but the bed on the day was full. He ask me to go back to home first and come back when he called. Nurse took my blood sample and inserted IV connector on my hand. I got my bill for outpatient before going back. They charged me for outpatient (Bill No : OPC-137098) to my medical card. Inside the bill, i was charged for equipment charges, medical supplies, medical supplies multiple use, nursing, pharmacy and doctor consultation. Usually i was never been charged for outpatient if i was warded. All the charged will go straight to inpatient bill. Around 5 PM, your good hospital called me that the bed was ready. So around 8PM, i was at the hospital ready to be warded. Nurses there taking my BP and inserted IV fluids and gave me panadols, betadine spray and strepsils . i never met the doctor on 18th June night. In the morning (on 19th June 2019), nurse check again my BP and gave me panadols and strepsils. around 10AM, i was informed by nurse, i need to go and see Dr Gilbert at his clinic. So i went to Dr Gilbert's clinic and as per previous day, he ask me to open my mouth and said that the swollen had reduced. and i was discharged. From clinic, i went back to my room (12B) to pack my stuff. Around 12 PM, nurse call and said i can discharged as the GL has been approved my Asia Assistance (Insurance company). Then, i went to the counter to settle my bill/discharge procedure and etc. To my surprise, i check back my inpatient bill (bill no : draft bill, GL no: 362859), the charges was not tallied as per what i received and duplicate what has been charged in the outpatient bill received on 18th June 2019. and inside the inpatient bill received, Dr Gilbert charges me 3 times of the consultation ward. which i only met him once on 19th June. and also charged me for Diagnostic Endoscopic Examination of Pharynx (including biopsy) which i explained earlier, there was no sample taken on 18th during my initial visit with referral letter from Poliklinik Sendayan. Because of your ridiculous charges, i will never visit Columbia Asia in my future time.

Had removed tonsil operation with Dato Dr Gilbert, ENT specialist. I had a very good and pleasant experience in this hospital. His expertise and professionalism are very good. Recommended Dr and hospital as well. The hospitality and accommodation all very comfortable with good nurses treat.
